China Polar Expedition Data Management Measures.

These Measures, consisting of 23 Articles, are formulated to further strengthen and standardize the management of polar expedition data, ensure data security, improve the level of open sharing and give full play to the role of polar data.
Except for national laws, regulations, and relevant policy provisions, all data formed with financial support from the state should be open and shared with society in principle, and sharing policies should be in line with international standards. The State Oceanic Administration is the regulatory authority for data sharing and usage. The China Polar Research Center is responsible for providing data and related technical services.
