Abstract
This Decision consists of 25 amendments of the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China. It adds one article as Article 9, 'the department of fishery administration or superintendence department or any members of department of fishery administration or superintendence shall not be engaged in any fishery production or marketing activities.' Further amendments concern fishing methods, fishing licence, fishing area, and fishing vessel, and also offences and penalties.
