Decision of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Qinghai Province on the prohibition of illegal hunting, trade and consumption of wild animals.

This Decision is enacted in accordance with the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to Comprehensively Prohibit the Illegal Trade of Wild Animals, Break the Bad Habit of Excessive Consumption of Wild Animals, and Effectively Secure the Life and Health of the People.
The Decision provides for the scope of wild animals forbidden to hunt and wild animals and their products forbidden to consume. The Decision stipulates that no organization or individual shall hunt, trade, or transport terrestrial wildlife and its products that naturally grow and reproduce in the wild environment for the purpose of eating.
