Abstract
This Decision is enacted in accordance with the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress to Comprehensively Prohibit the Illegal Trade of Wild Animals, Break the Bad Habit of Excessive Consumption of Wild Animals, and Effectively Secure the Life and Health of the People.
The Decision provides for the scope of wild animals and their products forbidden to consume. Hunting terrestrial wild animals for food purposes is completely prohibited. Trading, transportation, carrying, delivery, artificial breeding of terrestrial wild animals for the purpose of eating are completely prohibited.
