Decision of the State Health and Family Planning Commission on the Amendment of Seven Regulations such as "the Measures for the Administration of Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials".

The purpose of this Decision is to further promote the transformation of government functions and the reform of administrative examination and approval system.
Some provisions in the Measures for the Administration of Safety Review of New Food Raw Materials are amended, including Articles 5, and 21. After Article 14. a new article is added : "The comprehensive review conclusions put forward by the review bodies shall include the results of safety review and the results of risk assessment of social stability."
Articles 5, 10 14 of the Measures for the Administration of New Varieties of Food Additives are amended. After Article 11, a new article is added : "The comprehensive review conclusions put forward by the review bodies shall include the results of the safety, technical necessity review and the results of the risk assessment of social stability."
