Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the administrative for the safety exmination of new food raw materials. The Text consists of 24 Articles. The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the safety exmination of new food raw materials.
The new food raw materials mentioned in the Measures do not include new varieties of genetically modified food, health food, food additives. The management of new varieties of genetically modified food, health food, food additives, shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations the state.
