Decree 15 of 2024 of the National Development and Reform Commision on Measures for the Supervision and Adminiostration of the Full Guaranteed Purchase of Renewable Energy Electricity.

These Measures are formulated to promote the high-quality development of renewable energy and advance the construction of a new type of power system, regulate the behavior of all relevant members of the electricity market in fully guaranteeing the purchase of renewable energy electricity. The Measures consist of 24 articles.
The National Energy Administration and its dispatched agencies (the electricity power regulatory authorities) shall, in accordance with these Measures, supervise and administrate the fully guaranteed purchase of renewable energy electricity by power grid enterprises, power dispatch agencies, power trading institutions and other members of the electricity market. Electric power enterprises should engage in the construction, production, and trading of renewable energy electricity in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and rules, and accept the supervision of electricity power regulatory authorities in accordance with the law.
