Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen supervision and administration on electric power supply.
The Measures consist of 40 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Institutions of Supervision and Administration (II); Duties of Supervision and Administration (III); Measures for Supervision and Administration (V); Penalties (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
The electric power supervisory organ of the State Council may set up representative offices upon the approval of the State Council, and apply unitary leadership and administration to the offices. The electric power supervisory organ shall be subject to the supervision of the finance, government supervision and auditing departments of the State Council.
