Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (No. 58) promulgating the Measures for Supervision of Industrial Energy Conservation.

These Measures are developed to standardize the supervision of industrial energy conservation, promote enterprises to save energy and improve energy utilization efficiency, accelerate green and low-carbon development, and promote carbon neutrality in the industrial field.
The Measures consist of 29 Articles. Industrial energy conservation supervision adopts on-site supervision or written supervision. It is encouraged to use information technology for carrying out industrial energy conservation supervision.
