Decree of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China No. 30 promulgating the Measures for the Administration of Licenses for Installation, Repair, and Testing of Electric Power Facilities.

The Measures for the Administration of Licenses for Installation, Repair, and Testing of Electric Power Facilities, issued by China’s National Energy Administration, are s formulated in accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law, the Energy Law, the Regulations on Electricity Supply and Use, the Regulations on Electricity Supervision, and other relevant national regulations. The Measures aim to strengthen the management of permits for the installation, repair, and testing of power facilities, regulate permitting activities for such activities, maintain market order, and promote power safety.
The Measures apply to the application, acceptance, examination, issuance, management, and supervision of permits for the installation, repair, and testing of power facilities. The National Energy Administration is responsible for guiding and supervising the issuance and management of permits nationwide.
