Abstract
These Measures are formulated to implement the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution Caused by Solid Waste.
The state prohibits, restricts the use of non-degradable plastic bags and other disposable plastic products in accordance with the law. The specific scope, implementation time and geographical requirements of the prohibition and restriction of use shall be regulated and adjusted in accordance with relevant national regulations. Catering operators should reasonably choose alternative products or compliant disposable plastic products to provide packaging or takeaway services.diversity and strengthening public participation.
