Abstract
This Directory is developed under the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes.
The solid wastes (including liquid wastes) under one of the circumstances as described in Article 2 shall be included in this Directory. Medical wastes shall be hazardous wastes (art.3).
