Abstract
This Decree is enacted to maintain the unity of the socialist legal system, reduce the burden on mining enterprises, and release the vitality of mining enterprises.
The Decision has been made to abolish the Measures for the Control of Mine Geological Environment which was issued by Decree No. 212 of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on March 27, 2015 and amended by Decree No. 222 of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on January 17, 2017. This Decision shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
