Decree No.33/2015 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection Laying down the Catalogue for the Classified Administration of Environmental Impact Assessments for Construction Projects.

This Catalogue is enacted in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law, in order to implement the classified management of environmental impact assessment of construction projects.
According to the degree of environmental impact of construction projects, the State shall implement the classified management of environmental impact assessment of construction projects. The construction unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Catalogue, organize the preparation of the environmental impact report, the environmental impact report form or the environmental impact registration form.
The sensitive nature and sensitivity of the environment in which the construction project is located is an important basis for determining the environmental impact assessment category of the construction project.
