Abstract
These Detailed Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for the examination and approval of production licenses for meat products.
Meat products under the management of food production license refer to meat processed foods which are made from fresh and frozen livestock and poultry meat as the main raw materials and are processed by such processes as material selecting, dressing, pickling, seasoning, shaping, ripening (or not ripening), packaging, etc.The Detailed Rules make provisions for basic production process and key control points; necessary production resources; product related standards; relevant requirements of raw and auxiliary materials; necessary factory inspection equipment; inspection items; etc.
