Abstract
These Detailed Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for the examination and approval of production licenses for meat products.
The Detailed Rules make provisions for control requirements for the use of raw materials and food additives, personnel management, equipment layout and process flow management, optimization of inspection and testing, etc. Enterprises should establish and implement a food safety protection system to minimize the biological, chemical, and physical risks of food caused by intentional pollution, deliberate destruction, and other factors.
