Abstract
These Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, the Administrative Measures for Food Production Licensing, the General Rules for Examination and Approval of Food Production License (2016), the Good Manufacturing Practice for Dairy Products (GB12693), aiming to strengthen the examination and approval of the production licenses of dairy products with Nei Mongol characteristics.
The Detailed Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for inspection and review on production sites, equipment and facility, equipment layout, process flow, personnel, management system (including HACCP system), tesing products, etc.
