Abstract
These Measures are enacted to improve the disaster relief emergency response capability, and ensure the basic livelihood of the victims. The Measures consist of 45 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: General provisions; Ordering and procurement; Acceptance and warehousing; Storage and maintenance; Allocation and distribution; Use and recovery; Safety and confidentiality; Audit and supervision; Reward and punishment.
The regional civil affairs department, together with the financial department, shall exercise unified supervision and management over the disaster relief reserves of the autonomous regions.
