Detailed rules for the implementation of the regulations of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture on the management of village planning and construction.

These Detailed Rules are enacted to strengthen the planning, construction and management of villages, improve the living environment and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. The Detailed Rules consist of 6 Chapters: General provisions; Village planning; Land use; Village construction; Village management; Supplementary provisions.
The village planning shall be connected with the overall planning of towns and townships, the overall planning of land use, the plans of ecological environment, the roads, the industrial layout, the water conservancy facilities, the rural leisure, the tourism and holiday. The Township People's Government shall strengthen the examination and approval administration of rural residential land. The villagers in the planned area of a village shall apply to the Township People's government for building houses, and obtain the village planning and construction license.
