Abstract
These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Measures of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the Guarantee Deposits for the Restoration and Management of the Geological Environment of Mines. The Rules consist of 7 Chapters: General Provisions; Mine Geological Environment Protection and Restoration and Land Reclamation Plan Development, Review and Approval; Making the Deposits; Control and Acceptance; Supervision and Administration; Legal liability; Supplementary provisions.
The term "mine geological environment control" as mentioned in these Rules includes mine geological environment protection, monitoring, restoration control and mine land reclamation.
