Detailed Rules for Review and Approval of Applications for Registration of Health Food.

These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures on the Registration and Record Filing of Health Foods, aiming to standardize the examination and approval of health food registration.
These Rules shall govern the examination and approval of registration, renewal of registration, transfer of technology, change of registration and renewal of certificates for the health foods using raw materials not included in the the Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials and the health foods imported for the first time (excluding health foods supplemented with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients).
