Abstract
These Regulations are divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions Chapter (I); Fire Prevention Chapter (II); Fire Protection Organizations Chapter (III); Fire Fighting (IV); Fire Supervision Chapter (V); Awards and Punishments (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
Article 7 prohibits outdoor fires in forest areas or on grasslands during the fire prevention periods in those areas. Residents' committees in cities and villagers' committees in rural areas shall be responsible for mobilising and organising the inhabitants to effectively prevent fires (art. 14). (32 articles)
