Gansu Province School Food Safety Management Measures.

These Measures are formulated to strengthen food safety management in schools and ensure the health and food safety of teachers and students.
School food safety is subject to the management of local governments. Governments at or above the county level shall takeoverall responsibility for unified leadership, organization, and coordination of school food safety work and emergency response to school food safety incidents in their respective administrative regions. A mechanism for full process supervision and management of school food safety shall be established to provide guarantees for school food safety. The contractor or entrusting business operators of the school canteen shall obtain the food business licenses of the school location in accordance with the law. The school shall sign a contract with the contractor or entrusting business operator in accordance with the law, clarify the profit margin or profit amount and confirm the supervision methods, as well as the rights and obligations of each party in food safety and nutrition and health.
