Abstract
These Measures are enacted to guarantee the food safety and nutrition of students and faculty members who eat at school and strengthen supervision and management. the Measures consist of 8 chapters: General Provisions; Management System; Duties of Schools; Canteen Management; Outsourcing Food Management; Food Safety Accident Investigation and Emergency Disposal; Accountability; Supplementary Provisions.
Schools should establish emergency management and emergency reporting system for food safety and formulate plans for handling food safety accidents. If a school orders food from a catering unit, it shall establish and improve the management system of off-campus catering, and select a catering unit that has already obtained food business license, can undertake food safety responsibility and has good social reputation.
