Abstract
These General Rules are developed in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, the Administrative Measures for Food Production Licensing, and national standards for food safety for the purposes of strengthening the administration of production licensing for food and food additives and regulating the examination of food production licensing.
The Text consists of 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Application materials review; On-site inspection; Review results and rectification; Supplementary Provisions.
