These Guidelines are enacted in accordance with the Measures for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances, aiming to standardize the declaration and registration of new chemical substances.
The Guidelines stipulate the application and registration procedures, application material requirements, special provisions for polymers and supervision and management after application and registration.
