Guidelines on delimitation of ecological protection red line.

These Guidelines are enacted guide the national ecological protection red line demarcation work, ensure national ecological security.
The Guidelines are applicable to the delimitation of the land and space ecological protection red lines. The Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission shall carry out the top-level design of the national ecological protection red line, define the distribution and scope of wetland, grassland, forest and other ecosystems to be protected, guide the delineation of the ecological protection red line of each region, and coordinate the cross provincial ecological protection red line.
