Guidelines for the Record Filing of Health Food (for trial implementation).

These Guidelines are enacted by the State Food and Drug Administration in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures on the Registration and Record Filing of Health Foods.
These Guidelines shall govern the record filing of the health foods stipulated in the Administrative Measures on the Registration and Record Filing of Health Foods. The Text provides for the rules, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the record filing of both domestic health foods and imported health foods.
