Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to intensify the administration of hydrology, regulate hydrologic works, serve the development, utilization, saving and protection of water resources, and prevent and mitigate disasters.
The Regulation, among other things, provides for the following: planning and construction of hydrologic stations; monitoring of national hydrologic technical standards, norms and procedures; collection, submission and use of monitoring materials related to groundwater resources, water volume and water quality, etc.; and protecting monitoring facilities and the monitoring environment.
