Implementation Measures of Jiangxi Province for the Administration of Food Trade Licensing and Recordation.

These Measures are developed in accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law, the Food Safety Law, the Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, and the Measures for the Administration of Food Trade Licensing and Recordation, for the purposes of regulating food trade licensing and recordation activities in Jiangxi province, strengthening the supervision and administration of food trade safety, and ensuring food safety. The Measures shall govern the application, acceptance, review and decision on food trade licenses within the administrative area of this Jiangxi province, the recordation of sales of pre-packaged foods (including special foods such as health foods, special medical purpose formula foods, infant formula milk powder and other special foods such as infant formula foods), and related supervision and inspection work.
