Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 9 Articles, aims to standardize the value appraisal of the mineral resources destruction caused by illegal and destructive mining, and punish criminal acts concerning mineral resources according to law.
The value appraisal of the mineral resources destruction shall be calculated according to the amount of ore mined illegally, the amount of ore lost that can not be exploited and utilized, the amount of ore lost by destructive mining, and the average market price of similar mineral products in the same period. According to the Measures, an appraisal committee shall be set up to review the appraisal reports and put forward opinions.
