Interim Administrative Measures for Examination and Approval of Constructing Facilities in National Nature Reserves.

These Interim Administrative Measures, consisting of 17 articles, aim to standardize the examination and approval of constructing facilities in state-level nature reserves, and strengthen supervision and management thereof.
The construction of facilities in national nature reserves shall be examined and approved by the State Forestry Administration. It shall be strictly restricted to construct facilities in national nature reserves. In case it is necessary to construct facilities in national nature reserves, the zone, area and mode of construction should be strictly controlled and effective measures should be taken to protect the ecological environment so as to ensure that there is no major impact on the main protection objects, the basic characteristics and structural integrity of the natural ecosystem are not changed, and the adverse effects on the national nature reserve are reduced to the maximum extent.
