Abstract
These Measures are formulated to strengthen the supervision of pollution sources, build an advanced environmental monitoring and early warning system, and improve the level of scientific and informatized environmental management.
The Measures consist of 7 Chapters: General provisions; Responsibilities; Construction of automatic monitoring system; Operation, maintenance and management of automatic testing equipment; Supervision and management; Penalties and rewards; Supplementary provisions. The construction, management, operation and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems for water pollutants, air pollutants and noise emissions from pollution sources must comply with these measures.
