Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 23 Articles, aims to to give full play to the role of technical support and consultation services of geological environment experts in geological environment management, standardize the selection and management of geological environment experts, and improve the management mechanism of assessment and record-keeping of mine geological environment management.
The main work of the geological environment assessment experts includes: (1) Assessment of mine geological environment control scheme; (2) Geological environment projects (including mine geological environment control, geological heritage protection and geological parks, mine park construction, geological hazard prevention and control) implementation plan, design evaluation and inspection and acceptance of the projects; (3) Assessment and evaluation of the results of geological hazard risk assessment; etc. the Measures further provide for the qualifications and selection procedures for the geological environment experts.
