These Measures are developed to implement the national strategy of coordinated development among Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, standardize the food business license and filing activities, strengthen the supervision and management of food business operation safety, and ensure food safety.
Those who only sell pre-packaged food must report to the administrative examination and approval department where the business place is located for filing.
