Management Specification for Collection of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Information (Trial).

This Specification is formulated in accordance with the Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law, the Data Security Law, the Overall Layout Plan for Digital China Construction, and the Measures for the Traceability Management of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Informatization (Trial), aiming to strengthen the collection, sharing, and application of agricultural product quality and safety information, and enhance the intelligent supervision ability of agricultural product quality and safety.
The local agricultural product quality and safety work institutions at or above the township level are responsible for the quantity, quality, and safety of the collected information on supervision, testing, law enforcement, etc. The production and operation entities of agricultural products, as well as third-party service institutions, are responsible for the quantity, quality, and safety of the traceability information of the entire product quality and safety chain.
