Abstract
These Measures are developed to strengthen the management of central cotton reserves, ensure that the central cotton reserve is authentic in quantity, good in quality, safe in storage and standardized in management.
The Measures consist of 39 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Basic requirements; Storage and stacking; Maintenance; Storage management; Supplementary Provisions.
