Measures for administration on China energy saving product certification.

The purpose of these Measures is to save energy and protect the environment, effectively carry out the certification work of energy saving products, ensure the healthy development of energy conservation products and market fair competition, and promote the international trade of energy saving products. The Text consists of 31 articles divided into 8 chapters: General Provisions (I); Conditions of Certification (II); Procedures of Certification (III); Certificates and the use of energy saving signs (IV); Supervision and inspection after certification (V); Appeal and handling (VI); Penalties (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII). 　
Chinese enterprises and overseas enterprises and agencies thereof in the territory of the People's Republic of China may apply voluntarily to the China Energy Conservation Product Certification and Management Committee for energy-saving products certification. In the period of validity of the certificates, the China Energy Conservation Product Certification Center shall regularly or irregularly carry out the supervision and inspection or inspection of the certified products and the enterprises.
