Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to standardize the post evaluation work on the environmental impact of construction projects. The Measures consist of 15 Articles.
In the case of any of the construction projects prescribed in Article 3, which do not meet the approved environmental impact assessment report during the operation process, environmental impact post-evaluation shall be carried out.
