Measures for the Administration of Exploration and Mining Information of Mining Rights Holders.

These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Mineral Resources Law.
The Measures set up the specific requirements for the reporting, publicity and verification of exploration and mining information by mining right holders, and focusing on the identification of serious dishonest entities and the management of abnormal lists of mining right holders. The Measures state that the Ministry of Natural Resources is responsible for the management of exploration and mining information of mining right holders nationwide, and organizes the construction of a national exploration and mining information management system for mining right holders. The natural resources authorities of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the management of exploration and mining information of mining right holders within their administrative regions.
