Measures for the administration of funds for energy saving and emission reduction subsidies.

The purpose of these Measures is to regulate and strengthen the administration of funds for energy conservation and emission reduction subsidies. The Text consists of 12 Articles.
The funds for energy conservation and emission reduction subsidies referred to in these Measures mean the special funds to support energy conservation and emission reduction through the central budget arrangement. The Measures provide for the key fields which the special funds shall support, including (a) energy saving and emission reduction mechanism innovation; (b) energy saving and emission reduction capacity building and public platform construction; (c) energy saving and emission reduction fiscal policy comprehensive demonstration; (d) energy saving and emission reduction of key fields, key sectors, key areas; (e) key energy saving and emission reduction technology demonstration and promotion, and transformation and upgrading.
