Abstract
These Measures aim at regularizing the use of geographical indication of agricultural products, guaranteeing the quality and characteristics of agricultural products with geographical indications and improving the market competitiveness of agricultural products.
The Measures set out procedures and requirements for obtaining a registration certificate of a geographical indication of agricultural products, and specify conditions that a certificate holder shall satisfy.
The administrative department of agriculture shall strengthen the supervision and administration of geographical indications of agricultural products, and supervise and examine the territorial scope of agricultural products, the geographical indications of which have been registered.
