Measures for the Administration of Fixed-point Inspection Organizations for Pollution-free Agricultural Products, Green Foods, and Agricultural Products Geographical Indications.

These measures are enacted in accordance with the Law on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, Interim Measures for the Certification of Pollution-free Agricultural Products, Measures for the Administration of Green Food Marks, Measures for the Administration of Geographical Indications for Agricultural Products, Measures for the Assessment of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Inspection Institutions, aiming to strengthen and standardize the management of inspection institutions of pollution-free agricultural products, green food, agricultural products geographical indications, improve the quality and level of environmental monitoring and product quality inspection thereof. The Measures consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Certification Conditions and Procedures (II); Administration of Use of Green Food Marks (III); Inspection and Administration (III); Supplementary Provisions (IV).
The inspection and testing institution shall obtain the qualifications for fixed-point inspection in order to be engaged in the activities as prescribed in Article 3. The Measures further provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, review, issuance of the certificates of qualified inspection institutions of pollution-free agricultural products, green food, agricultural products geographical indications.
