Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the administration of green food marks. The Measures consists of 32 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Application and Approval of Green Food Marks (II); Administration of Use of Green Food Marks (III); Inspection and Administration (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, review, issuance and use of green food marks, and the following-up inspection.
