Measures for the Administration of Information Staff of the National Traceability Platform (for Trial Implementation).

These Measures are enacted to establish and improve the information staff team of the national agricultural product quality and safety traceability management information platform and strengthen the information staff management.
The term "information staff" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the persons designated by the agricultural product quality and safety supervision institution, testing institution and the agricultural product quality and safety law enforcement institution at or above the county level to undertake the tasks of institutional entity registration information management, account allocation and authority management, daily account monitoring and management, local dynamic information collection and submission, etc. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs shall be responsible for the management and guidance of national information staff, and the competant agricultural and rural aothorities at or above the county level shall be responsible for the management and training of information staff within their respective jurisdictions.
