Measures for the Administration of Installation (Repair, Test) Power Facilities License.

These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Electric Power Supply and Use Regulations, the Electric Power Supervision and Administration Regulations, aiming to strengthen the license management of the installation (repair, test) power facilities, maintain market order thereof, and promote power safety. The Measures consist of 7 Chapters: General Provisions; Application Classification and Application Conditions; Application, Acceptance, Review and Decision; Change and Renewal; Supervision and Inspection; Legal Liability; Supplementary Provisions.
In order to be engaged in the installation, maintenance, testing of electric power facilities, licenses shall be obtained. The National Energy Administration is responsible for guiding and supervising the issuance and management of licenses.
