Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the construction and management of the National Wetland Parks, promote the healthy development thereof and effectively protect the wetland resources. The Measures consist of 23 Articles.
The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the establishment application, construction, management and revocation of national wetland parks. The wetland area of the wetland park shall not be less than 100 hectares in principle, and the wetland rate shall not be less than 30%. The conservation area should be delineated in a National Wetland Park.
