Measures for the administration of production licenses for feed additives and additive premix feeds.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the administration of production licenses for feed additives and additive premix feeds. The categories of feed additives shall be those listed in the Catalogue of Feed Addictives Allowed for Use as promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture. Chapter II prescribes basic conditions for enterprises i.e. personnel requirements, production places and equipment requirements, quality inspection requirements, production environment requirements, etc. A production enterprise shall fill out and submit an Application Form for Production Licenses for Feed Additives and Additive Premix Feeds. Procedures to obtain a licence and the administration of production licenses are described in detail in Chapters III and IV. The valid term of a Production License for Feed Additives and Additive Premix Feeds shall be five years. Chapter V contains penal provisions.
