Abstract
These Measures are developed in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Feeds and Feed Additives, aiming to strengthen the management of production licenses for feed and feed additives, maintain the order of feed and feed additive production, and ensure the quality and safety of feed and feed additives.
The Measures consist of 24 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Issuance of production licenses (II); Change and reissue of production licenses (III); Supervision and management (IV); Penalties (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
