Measures for the Administration of Ships for Fisheries Administrative Law Enforcement.

The purposes of these Measures is to strengthen the management of ships for fishery administrative law enforcement. Construction approval, registration, unified numbering shall be carried out for ships for fishery administrative law enforcement (art.3). The Fisheries Administration and Fishing Port Supervision Bureau of the People's Republic of China shall publicize all ships for fishery administrative law enforcement approved for registration in the appropriate manner to the public. Ships for fishery administrative law enforcement shall adopt the unified appearance, color and signs (art.8).
